The presence and support of Los Angeles Dodgers fans is felt on an annual basis at both home and road games, and it extends to four-legged friends.
This past season a TikTok video of Toby, a beagle who enjoys watching Dodgers games, went viral. The team reached out to his owner and offered to send a gift. So too did other franchises, though the Dodgers’ delivery never delivered.
That was recently brought to their attention and the Dodgers remedied the issue by hosting Tony for a special day at Dodger Stadium.
His visit included getting a chance to sit in the press box, visit the Dodgers’ clubhouse and spend time on the field.
While fans aren’t quite able to get the same VIP experience as Toby, the Dodgers are currently operating a Holiday Festival at Dodger Stadium. It includes an ice skating rink in the outfield, Norther Lights display and more.
Kasten credits Dodgers fans
The Dodgers again led baseball in attendance this past season, which team president and CEO Stan Kasten said was a testament to fans’ loyal support of the franchise.
