The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation opened their online auction Monday morning, which is complete with several autographed memorabilia items.
Available for bidding are several autographed jerseys, including Adrian Gonzalez, Zack Greinke and Clayton Kershaw.
For a more nostalgic feel, the jerseys Dodgers legends Don Newcombe and Fernando Valenzuela wore for the first pitch ceremony on Opening Day of the 2015 season are also available, with bidding starting at $400 and $500, respectively.
Eric Gagné’s jersey from the same Opening Day ceremony is also available. Another item available with some history attached to it is Scott Van Slyke’s autographed game-worn jersey from Jackie Robinson Day.
Last season the Dodgers hosted the Seattle Mariners on Jackie Robinson Day in what was also the Civil Rights Game. The Dodgers defeated the Mariners, 5-2, with Van Slyke starting in left field and going 2-for-4 with two RBIs.
For those wishing to get their hands on non-Dodger items, former manager Don Mattingly’s jersey is up for auction, so too is Juan Uribe’s autographed jersey and the jersey of former first base coach Davey Lopes.
However, arguably headlining that group of items is Mariano Rivera’s autographed and game-worn New York Yankees jersey from New York’s visit to Dodger Stadium in 2013.
