During the recent Los Angeles Dodgers Holiday Zoom Party, various members of the organization shared their favorite Christmas memories and traditions.
Cody Bellinger revealed the most memorable gift he received as a child was an electric scooter that unfortunately broke shortly after riding it for the first time. As for the present, the 25-year-old noted that a gaming PC sat atop his Christmas list this year, as he looks to upgrade from his Xbox One console.
Clayton Kershaw also admitted that he is not the best gift wrapper and made it a priority to avoid a late night of having to do so.
In a follow-up video shared on Twitter, Bellinger, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts and others picked their favorite Christmas movies, songs and meals:

“Jingle Bells” and Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” were among the most popular holiday songs chosen by the Dodgers. As for favorite holiday movies, “Elf” and “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation” were often selected.
The Christmas Day meals were more diverse, with Edwin Rios naming rice and coquito as some of his favorite holiday foods. Bellinger mentioned banana bread and green bean casserole, while Roberts picked egg nog and wine as his go-to Christmas drinks.
Roberts wishes Dodgers fans Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays
Last week, the Dodgers shared another holiday-themed video in which Roberts wished fans a Merry Christmas. He recapped a difficult, but rewarding 2020 season and also praised the millions of healthcare workers that continue doing their part in helping combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
