Dodgers Selected For 3 ESPN ‘Sunday Night Baseball’ Broadcasts Through June

The Los Angeles Dodgers expect to draw plenty of national attention during the 2024 season, which is beginning with the Seoul Series in South Korea, and is going to include the team playing three ESPN “Sunday Night Baseball” games during the first half.

ESPN’s initial “Sunday Night Baseball” schedule for 2024 begins with the Dodgers hosting the St. Louis Cardinals on March 31. First pitch at Dodger Stadium is set for 4:10 p.m. PT.

The Dodgers next appear for their April 14 home game against the San Diego Padres. That start time at Dodger Stadium is also scheduled for 4:10 p.m.

Then on June 9, the series finale between the Dodgers and New York Yankees was selected for the weekly national broadcast on ESPN, in another 4:10 p.m. start time. The Dodgers are visiting Yankee Stadium for the first time since the 2016 season.

ESPN plans to announce more selections at a later date.

All “Sunday Night Baseball” telecasts are being preceded by a one-hour pregame show, “Sunday Night Baseball” that begins at 3 p.m. Dodgers analyst Jessica Mendoza is among those who will contribute to ESPN’s coverage throughout the 2024 season.

Karl Ravech, David Cone and Eduardo Pérez return for their third season as the primary broadcast team for ESPN’s weekly baseball coverage. The trio once again is being joined by baseball insider Buster Olney, who enters his 14th season as reporter.

Games are also available in Spanish on ESPN Deportes. Ernesto Jerez and Luis Alfredo Álvarez will provide commentary and be accompanied by reporters Guillermo Celis and Enrique Rojas.

Jon “Boog” Sciambi and Doug Glanville are returning for their third season together as ESPN’s radio team. ESPN Radio will carry every “Sunday Night Baseball” game, plus additional games on Saturdays throughout the season.
