Despite a rocky start to the season and losing several players to injury throughout the year, the Los Angeles Dodgers are again in the thick of a division race. They’ve won three consecutive National League West titles for the first time since 1976-78.
Since falling behind the San Francisco Giants by as many as eight games, Los Angeles has made up significant ground after the All-Star break. They enter play Friday night against the Pittsburgh Pirates just one game back of first place in the NL West.
The Dodgers pulled even with the Giants atop the division after a victory Tuesday night. As the final stretch of the regular season approaches, the Dodgers recently announced a pennant race ticket plan that can be purchased at www.dodgers.com/welovela.
The ticket plan is offered with season-seat pricing with potential postseason rights. All home games beginning August 23 can be purchased as part of the 19-game plan. That includes three game series with the Giants (August 23-25, September 19-21).
Marquee nights on the Dodgers’ giveaway schedule such as Corey Seager bobblehead night (August 25), Vin Scully bobblehead night (September 20), and Vin Scully Appreciation Night (September 23) are included as options for the 19-game ticket plan.
Along with tickets starting at $11 per seat per game and the aforementioned potential postseason purchasing rights for all rounds except the World Series, an additional benefit is automatic priority on the waiting list for 2017 season tickets.
Fans can also purchase an 11-game Pick ‘Em plan, starting at $19 per seat per game, in which 11 games from the final 28 home games can be selected. Potential postseason ticket rights, not including a potential World Series, are included with this option.
