Spectrum Networks announced SportsNet LA and KTLA will simulcast the Los Angeles Dodgers home game against the Miami Marlins game on Sunday, May 21, with live coverage beginning with Access SportsNet: Dodgers at 12:30 p.m. PT.

Rough one month prior to Opening Day of the 2017 regular season, SportsNet LA announced an agreement to simulcast 10 games on KTLA 5. The schedule was comprised of six home dates and included coverage of the Vin Scully Ring of Honor pregame ceremony.

KTLA simulcasted eight games through April, and their schedule was slated to conclude on Sunday, May 7, with coverage of the three-game series finale against the San Diego Padres. However, the game was rained out — just the third such instance at Petco Park since it opened in 2004.

The May 21 game serves as a replacement game. This year’s agreement with KTLA was the network’s third simulcast since launching in February 2014.

Last season, KTLA carried the final six games of Scully’s career, and also aired the pregame ceremony to honor the Hall of Fame broadcaster on ‘Vin Scully Appreciation Day’ at Dodger Stadium. In 2014, SportsNet LA simulcasted the Dodgers’ last six games of the regular season on KDOC.

Fans who wish to receive 24/7 coverage of the Dodgers are encouraged to switch to Spectrum.
