The Los Angeles Dodgers finished their homestand with a 5-2 victory over the Colorado Rockies to complete a two-game series sweep.
Will Smith again got the Dodgers going early as he lifted a two-run home run to left-center field. That gave Smith three consecutive games with a homer, tying a career-best stretch. He added an RBI double in the eighth inning that initially appeared to be nothing more than just padding a comfortable lead.
Building off his first home run with the Dodgers, Jason Heyward slugged another solo shot. It was the first time Heyward was in the Dodgers lineup for back-to-back games.
Max Muncy added to the home runs with a solo blast in the fourth inning. Mookie Betts, Smith and Muncy each finished with a team-high two hits.

Smith leads the Dodgers with a .421 batting average and 10 RBI this season.
For Muncy, it alleviated some frustration amid a slow start at the plate and again committing one error along with failing to make other plays at third base.
Julio Urías & Dodgers bullpen
Urías labored early but seemingly settled in after working out of a bases-loaded jam. He wound up getting through six scoreless innings on 87 pitches, finishing with six strikeouts and five hits allowed.
Caleb Ferguson and Brusdar Graterol pitched one scoreless inning, and the Dodgers took a 5-0 lead to the ninth. However, Phil Bickford retired just one of four batters faced and was removed after allowing a run.
Evan Phillips walked the bases loaded and a sacrifice fly further trimmed into the Dodgers’ lead before he could finish the game out.
