After going 1-4 on a road trip that included a game that was rained out and postponed, the Los Angeles Dodgers are back at Dodger Stadium for series against the Oakland Athletics and Arizona Diamondbacks.

First up are the A’s, who face the Dodgers in a two-game series that begins Tuesday night. It’s their first trip to Los Angeles since 2015. The Dodgers enter having won nine consecutive home games in Interleague play.

With Oakland’s arrival comes speciality food items that Dodger Stadium executive chef Ryan Evans and his team have created. Pictured above, one offering is Oaktown poke nachos. Ahi tuna tops cream cheese wontons that are drizzled with eel sauce, spicy mayo, green onion, black sesame seeds and bonito flakes.

The nachos can be purchased at L.A. On-deck Circle stands. They will be available for both games against the A’s.

So to will a pork belly bao. Steamed lotus buns are stuffed with smoked “Char Siu” pork belly, broccoli slaw with sesame dressing and Thai peanut sauce.

When the Dodgers begin a three-game series with the Diamondbacks on Friday, fans will have the opportunity to purchase a chili cheese desert dog.

The bacon wrapped hot dog is topped with house-made chili con carne, grated sharp cheddar cheese, diced tomato and onion, and yellow mustard.

Lastly, also available for the weekend series is a chorizo torta.

A chorizo sausage is cut in half, with the additions of ranchero bean spread, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, queso fresco and smoked jalapeño aioli.

Evans previously introduced carne asada, pulled chicken, and nopales (vegetarian option) tortas that are being served throughout the season.
