Prior to facing the Cincinnati Reds at 7:10 p.m. PT on Saturday, June 10, the Los Angeles Dodgers will host their annual Old-Timers Game at Dodger Stadium.

Old-Timers batting practice is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., followed by introductions at 5 p.m. The former players will then play a two or three-inning game. Admission is free with purchase of a ticket to the Dodgers game.

Famed Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher Don Newcombe is among those who are scheduled to be part of the pregame introductions and other festivities. So too are Ron Cey, Tommy Lasorda and Manny Mota, in addition to several others. Lasorda was recently released from the hospital after undergoing surgery to replace his pacemaker.

As for those participating in the game, the group includes Dodgers manager Dave Roberts and former hurler Orel Hershiser and Fernando Valenzuela also returns, a year after he and Hershiser dueled on the mound.

Jerry Hairston Jr. is another who is scheduled to play, though he made it clear last year he much prefers for the Old-Timers Game to be referred to as a ‘Legends Game.’
