The Los Angeles Dodgers are in the World Series for the 19th time in franchise history, but for the first time since 1988. As such, the city has gone into a fever pitch, and Dodger Stadium is expecting capacity crowds for Games 1 and 2 on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.

Fans who attended games at Chavez Ravine throughout the season and playoffs were treated to a slew of speciality dishes and beverages that were curated and carefully crafted by Dodgers executive chef Ryan Evans and his staff.

The start of the World Series brings about several new items, plus the return of favorites such as the Cheet-O-Lote, among other offerings.

A new dish, Cocktel de Camaron (pictured above), will be sold at the Marketplace on Field level (section five), Loge level (section 137) and Reserve level (section five).

Shrimp cocktail includes tomato, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, avocado, jalapeño, and is served in shrimp broth and lime juice.

The Cheet-O-Lote — roasted sweet corn on the cob, slathered in chipotle lime mayo and dusted with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, cotija cheese and tajin seasoning — is available at the King’s Hawaiian Grill in left field plaza and LA Taqueria on Reserve levels (section 15).

Also seeing a return for the World Series is the Chicken Waffle Sammy. It was first introduced in July, and returned as one of two chicken-based sandwiches during the National League Division Series.

A spicy crispy chicken topped with candied smoked bacon and maple syrup is served on a Belgian waffle. The Chicken Waffle Sammy be purchased at Chick N’ Tots on Field level (section eight), Lots O’ Tots on Loge (section 136), and Tenders Etc. on Reserve level (section 14).

Those searching for a lighter fare other than poke can indulge in a Vegan Noodle Bowl.

Vietnamese bean thread noodle, nappa cabbage, shredded carrots, diced cucumber, peanuts, diced jalapeños and peanut sauce are served in a Dodgers-theme bowl. The Vegan Noodle Bowl can be purchased at Base Bowls on Field level (section 45).

A hybrid dish-drink is found with the Shrimp Shooter that will be sold at the Blue Heaven on Earth Bar in the right field plaza and #ITFDB Bar in left field.

A piece of grilled jumbo shrimp is bathed in L.A.’s michelada mix and placed in a glass with a shot of Don Julio tequila.

The latest ribs offering is the Char Siu Baby Back Ribs platter that is served with garlic fries. Smoked baby back ribs are slathered in Char Siu style BBQ sauce.

The ribs are available at Think Blue BBQ on the Reserve level (section 30).
